This park offers boat rentals, a park store, a small walk around the pond and a clean beach great for picnicking. There are fireplaces and picnic table located in the beach area, which also has a playground, softball field, and three game areas for horseshoes. Kingston State Park has two bathhouses located on both sides of the beach, one by the Park Office and one by the Park Store, for guest convenience.
Alcohol or smoking is not permitted in the park and is strictly enforced, violators will be asked to leave the park and will receive no refund. Kingston State Park accepts reservations for kids groups, family functions, birthday parties and other gatherings. Reservations must be confirmed with park staff, and are not allowed on the weekends or holidays.
NOTICE: Due to the popularity of Kingston State Park's beach area on nice weekends and holidays, the beach will most likely sell-out in the morning hours. Once the beach area reaches capacity additional beach goers cannot be admitted due to safety concerns
