New Hampshire has 23 State Park Campgrounds with facilities in beautiful surroundings, available for use by individuals, families, and youth groups. We offer various camping experiences, such as primitive camping, cabin and yurt rentals, full-service RV hookups, and lean-to's. |What to Expect/Bring
|How your experience may differ from previous years:
- You will be asked at check-in if anyone in your camping party is not feeling well. If you answer yes, you will be asked to go home and a refund will be issued.
- Playground’s and pavilions are closed to public use.
Bathrooms have been converted to “family-style” facilities where one family group at a time can enter. Additional portable toilets have been installed.
- Showers will be limited or closed at some locations.
- We are asking campers to wear face masks in areas where social distancing is hard to achieve. Remember to maintain 6 feet distance from others including park staff.
- Curbside retail will be available at most campgrounds.
- Boat rentals are not available at this time except at Franconia Notch State Park
- We encourage all campers to be responsible for their own health and safety. Remember to bring hand sanitizer, cleaning products, and disinfection wipes with you.

Camping, hiking, biking, archery swimming and fishing are a few of the outdoor activities you can do at the park. Campers have two options to enjoy this scenic park; the 101 site campground at Beaver Pond and the cabins at Bear Hill Pond.
Beaver Pond Campground (open)

Visitors to Beaver Pond Campground will find a camp store, swimming beach, canoe rentals, coin-operated showers, dump station, ice, and firewood are available. This is a pet friendly campground.
To protect our guest and campers we now have curbside pickup at Bear Brook. Campers can place an order by calling the park store at 603-485-9869. Bear Hill Pond Cabins (closed for 2020 season)
15 Bear Hill Pond Road, Deerfield
Two sizes of furnished cabins (maximum occupancy of 4 or 6 persons) are available for rent. Dogs are not allowed. There is a drop-off area and the cabins are walk-in. Cabins do not have electricity. Visitors to Bear Hill have easy access to the Hall Mountain trail network, a swimming beach, and non-motorized boating and fishing on Bear Hill Pond.
Lodges at Coleman State Park
The Lodges at Coleman State Park (Opening for winter 2020/2021 on Dec. 1, 2020) are an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts in New Hampshire’s Great North Woods region! Located in Stewartstown (twelve miles east of Colebrook). The Lodges have direct trail access to the OHRV corridor system, snowmobile corridors (5 and 18 Ride the Wild) and is within walking distance to Little Diamond Pond for fishing and boating. The Lodges at Coleman State Park is an excellent base for snowmobiling, OHRV riding, fall hunting, hiking, canoeing, and snowshoeing.

The 38 full hookup sites on the shore of Lake Winnipesauke offers mountain views. Tents are not allowed at the RV park. Pets are not allowed.
Franconia Notch State Park
Cannon RV guests have access to Echo Lake Beach at no cost and without reservations, but they must check in with the attendant at the hut for wristbands.

Located at the north end of Franconia Notch, it offers 7 full-hookup campsites. The RV Park is open year-round with limited services. Pets are not allowed.

In the heart of Franconia Notch State Park, this 97 site wooded campground is open year round (no services mid-October through mid-May). It is a great base for hiking, biking and exploring the White Mountain region.

Hampton Beach RV Park

The only RV park directly on the New Hampshire coast at the mouth of the Hampton River. The park is located south of the main part of Hampton Beach on Route 1A at the Seabrook-Hampton town line. Route 1A can be easily reached from I-95 by either Route 101 or 286. Pets are not allowed.

Located on NH Route 16, approximately 28 miles north of Berlin and three miles south of Errol, the campground is open for reservable stays from Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day weekend. The primitive tenting campground offers campsites, including remote and canoe-to sites along the Androscoggin and Magalloway Rivers. Water and pit toilets are located in the campground. Wood and ice are offered for sale, and kayaks can be rented. Thirteen Mile Woods Scenic Area, in which the campground is located, is popular for watching moose and other wildlife. The nearby rivers are a favorite among picnickers, anglers, canoeists, and kayakers. This is a pet-friendly campground.

The campground offers 192 wooded campsites, many providing views of the lake. Each campsite has an open fireplace, picnic table, flat area for a tent, and a parking space. Running water, flush toilets, a camp store, boat launch, and canoe and kayak rentals are available. Showers are accessible 24 hours a day. Five cabins are available; each sleeps six people, has electricity, and includes a fire ring and picnic table. Pets are not allowed.

Ellis Camps: Cabin Rentals
Remote cabin rentals are now available within Umbagog Lake State Park! The Ellis camps offer 4 remote cabins rentals in the northwest section of Umbagog Lake. The cabins can hold 6 people, 4 people, or 3 people depending on which cabin is reserved. The cabins are all lake fronts and are boat in only.
