Sutton, NH 03260 Phone: 603-927-4724 Email: shawn.m.davis@dncr.nh.gov Activities and Amenities Wadleigh State Park is located on the southeast shore of beautiful Kezar Lake in North Sutton. Tall pines shade the picnic sites located adjacent to the beach, making it an ideal location for families and group outings. There are boats available for rent. Guests can paddle out to a small island on the lake, where there are abundant wild blueberries; or they may follow the three-mile loop around the lake, which offers stunning views of nearby Mount Kearsarge. Amenities in the park include a bathhouse, picnic tables, and a baseball field located across the street from the main beach and picnic area. There is a boat ramp just before the park entrance. Make a Reservation Book your trip to Wadleigh Beach: Visitors can make a reservation before arriving at the park as parking is limited (especially on nice weekends and holidays). Walk-in spaces are available for visitors on a first come/first-serve basis. Reservations can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival. Beach Reservations Parks Plate & Season Pass: There are designated spaces set aside for plate/pass holders on a first-come/first-serve basis. Reservations are still encouraged in the event a park reaches capacity (requiring a $1 transaction fee). NH Senior Citizens: To receive a discount at our per person fee locations, enter the number of NH Seniors in the vehicle/occupant information section of the order details page, rather than the number of adults. Fees Days/Hours Adults: (12 and older) $4 Children: (6-11) $2 Open weekends only 5/27/2022 Open daily 6/18/2022 - 9/5/2022 Hours: 9 am to 4 pm This park is always open for recreation unless closed or restricted by posting. During off hours and the off-season the park is typically not staffed, comfort stations may not be available and gates may be closed. The off-season poses unique risks inherent when participating in outdoor recreational activities. Recreationists should possess the necessary knowledge, skill, and equipment to ensure their own safety. Users assume all risk while recreating in State Park lands. Fees Admission is $4 for adults; $2 for children ages 6-11; children ages 5 and under and NH residents age 65 and over are admitted free. Season passes are available. When park is unstaffed during the season, please use Iron Ranger (self-serve paystation). The Sunapee-Ragged-Kearsarge Greenway The Sunapee-Ragged-Kearsarge Greenway is a 75 mile loop trail that links four New Hampshire State Parks: Sunapee, Winslow, Rollins, Wadleigh. The trail also links three New Hampshire State Forests: Gile, Kearsarge and Shadow Hill as well as one Wildlife Management Area: Bog Mountain.
