Alexus – Franconia Notch State Park

Hey y’all, my name is Alexus. I was born and raised in Texas. I am a dog mom to a boy named Aspen Brisket. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a BS in Forestry with a concentration in Human Dimensions in Natural Resources. I absolutely love the color pink, waterfalls, moose, and mountains which is what drew me to Franconia Notch State Park. I am so excited to start this journey in my career! I can’t wait to meet y’all. I was once told, “I don’t know a stranger,” so stop by, bring a Dr Pepper, and say hello!

Amanda – Echo Lake State Park & White Lake State Park
Hello, I’m Amanda! I am the Interpretive Ranger at White Lake and Echo Lake State Parks. I’m from New Jersey and I have a background in chemistry and environmental science. I am so excited to explore New Hampshire’s natural and cultural heritage this year. I will be highlighting the unique geology, hydrology, and ecology of the Central Region through my programs. I hope to see many of you out there!

Trace – Monadnock State Park
Hi, I’m Trace! I’m happy to be the Interpretive Ranger at Mount Monadnock State Park this year! Without sounding like a personal ad, I love woodworking, burritos and the outdoors. I am an outdoorsman, a college athlete and a tree hugger. If you want to learn about the area, need a hiking partner, or just want to chat, come find me on the mountain. I have  $10 for whoever can beat me up the mountain.

Faith – Franconia Notch State Park
Hi! My name is Faith, and I am an Interpretive Ranger at Franconia Notch State Park. I am from Grand Rapids, Michigan. I have a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and computer science. While my academic background may seem a bit different from my current role, my true passion has always been the outdoors. In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my dogs, fishing, kayaking, and gathering around a campfire with a hearty venison stew. I can’t wait to share my passion for outdoor recreation and environmental stewardship with you!

Hello! My name is Logan, and I will be the interpretive ranger at Bear Brook, Fort Stark, and at the seacoast parks this year. I am originally from Arizona, and have worked previously for the Utah Conservation Corp, and as a raft guide on the Nantahala River in North Carolina, so I am super excited to spend this year exploring New England!
