Group A - ages 14-15
Group B - ages 12-13
Group C - ages 10-11
Group D - ages 8 -9

About the program:
The NH State Beach Patrol Junior Lifeguard Program grew and was developed out of the popularity of our annual Water Safety Day, and 2026 will be its second year. It will train up to 100 youth between the ages of 8 to 15 to be Junior Ocean Lifeguards. Along with providing applicants with swimming, safety and ocean expertise, the hope is the Junior Lifeguard Program will create a pipeline of skilled individuals who will sign up to be the certified Ocean Lifeguards of the future.

Dates: July 7^th - August 6^th - Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Ages: 8 - 15
Cost: $150

Water Safety
Basic Rescue Skills
First Aid
CPR
Beach Games

There will be no requirements for the 2026 program.
