Request for Bid Phase 1A Survey, Greenfield State Park: Archaeological Sensitivity Assessment

The State of New Hampshire, Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, Division of Parks and Recreation is soliciting bids from qualified parties to prepare an Phase 1A Archaeological Sensitivity Assessment per NH Division of Historical Resources standards and guidelines for areas at Greenfield State Park.
The Division is proposing to replace the existing underground water system, install new utility poles for overhead service and bury the existing above ground electric utilities at Greenfield State Park. Consultants shall be 36 CFR Part 61 qualified.

Advertising Agency Services Request for Proposals

The NH Department of Natural & Cultural Resources, Division of Parks and Recreation, is soliciting proposals for marketing and merchandising services. Historically, the marketing services have been provided for NH State Parks under the Division of Travel and Tourism marketing contract for entire the State of NH and marketing services for Cannon Mountain Ski Area have been provided under a separate contract with an independent vendor. The selected vendor will have the responsibility providing marketing services covering the entire park system under strategies that create synergies across all venues while recognizing the scale and specific needs of marketing a ski area. NH State Parks is seeking written proposals from firms to operate a food service concessions truck at Odiorne Point State Park. The contracted concessionaire will be situated at a location that is the least impactful to the park and most effective for the concessionaire. The location will be exclusive to the vendor and run the duration of the season. Odiorne has seen a surge in visitation with 46,349 visitors in 2019, 62,027 visitors in 2020, and 95,655 in 2021. Visitation is to the state park and Seacoast Science Center.
