Improving State Parks The Planning and Development office is under the administrative oversight of the Division of Parks and Recreation. The office is responsible for project management and design, regulatory permitting, and fixed asset management for all NH Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (DNCR) facilities. In addition, the office is responsible for recreational and public use planning, as well as policy development and implementation for the Division of Parks and Recreation. The Division, with funding appropriated by the State Legislature, is embarking on a wide range of capital improvement projects statewide.
