About the Park
Located in Southeastern NH, Kingston State Park is a 44 acre park located on Kingston Pond/Great Pond. It is a quick drive from the seacoast and Boston. Kingston State Park has two bathhouses located on both sides of the beach; one by the Park Office and one by the Park Store.
Season Passes
Notices:
- On nice weekends and holidays, the beach will most likely sell-out in the morning hours. Once the beach area reaches capacity additional beach goers cannot be admitted due to safety concerns
- Alcohol or smoking is not permitted in the park and is strictly enforced, violators will be asked to leave the park and will receive no refund.
Are pets allowed at Kingston State Park?
Pets are not permitted on the beach or in the surrounding picnic area. Service animals are welcome. See the NH State Parks Pets Policy for more information.
Group Use Reservations
Group Use Areas
East Hill Group Area is located 300 feet from the beach and is conveniently located next to the East Hill bathroom. This area is ideal for family reunions, birthday parties and school groups. The surrounding area and the parking are shared with the general public. This area is available by reservation only: Pavilions Merrimack Valley Region - Kingston
Group Pavilion Amenities
- 10 picnic tables
- 2 Grills
- 80 person capacity
Youth Group Day Use
Youth and School Groups must call the park directly at least 2 weeks prior to arrival to make reservations before visiting. The Bus Pass Program is available for NH youth organizations that meet the program criteria (for more information and applications, please visit BUS PASS PROGRAM.)
Groups that do not meet the qualification for the Bus Pass Program are eligible to receive a discounted rate. For More information, please visit our School & Youth Group Page.
