About the Park
Cannon Mountain is New Hampshire's only state-owned premiere ski area in beautiful Franconia Notch State Park. Cannon offers 11 lifts servicing 285 acres of skiing (192 with snowmaking), 25 miles of trails and has the only aerial tramway in New Hampshire. The ski area features diverse terrain across two mountains and the highest ski area summit in NH at 4080', including the popular Tuckerbrook Family Area for beginners and families. Cannon also has the most vertical of any ski area in New Hampshire, 2,330 feet, and is the seventh largest in New England. US Olympic skier Bode Miller grew up skiing at Cannon.

Snowsports School: Snowsports School: PSIA Ski and Snowboard School in the Brookside Learning Center.
Retail/Rentals: Retail Shops located in the Notchview Lodge and at the Tram Base when the Tram is in operation; plus ski/snowboard rental & service shop in the Peabody Lodge. All rental skis are "shaped" skis; all rental snowboards feature "step in" bindings.

Cannonball Pub
Will be open for table service with a 45 minute limit and normal full bar service. Entrance will be via the Peabody Deck.
Lafayette Cafeteria (upstairs Peabody): Full cafeteria located in the Peabody Base Lodge - open daily Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:00pm. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays 8:00am-4pm. Brown bag lunches are not allowed in this quick-turn area. We are limiting your seated time to 30 minutes to make sure everyone has a chance to eat. Thank You for your help!
Powder Makers at The Notchview Cafe: Waffles, Grab & Go Items, Chili, Soups, Hot Beverages. Beer, Wine and Hot Toddies available. Located in the Notchview Lodge. Open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30am-2pm Saturday, Sunday 8:30am-3:30. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
Cafe 4080': Light fare, beverages & full bar located in the Tram Summit Lodge. Food service available between 8:30am - 2pm.
POLICIES:
Uphill Traffic / Skinning Policy: Uphill traffic/skinning is for skiers & snowboarders only and is restricted to a certain route with daily lift ticket or season pass. Access to trails before or after posted lift hours is prohibited. Details here.
