Monadnock State Park is located in and around the 3,165-ft. Mount Monadnock in south west New Hampshire. With over 30 miles of trails, Monadnock is thought to be one of the most hiked mountains in the world. The park offers year round recreational opportunities including hiking, camping, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing. At the main park headquarters entrance there is a park store, flush toilets, and picnicking area.

The Group Shelter Area: Monadnock offers an open style pavilion, with 4 open sides. The Pavilion is located at Monadnock Headquarters main entrance, in the heart of the park’s day-use area, providing quick access to the extensive trail system. 

Group Shelter Pavilion Amenities: 10 tables, one stand-up grill and one pit grill, public restrooms are a short walk from the area.
