A gorgeous waterfall sets the background for many photo opportunities and a beautiful setting for a small wedding or corporate event. A picnic area with a small covered pavilion adds a nice spot to get out of the rain or heat. Trails leading directly to the base of the waterfall begin at the picnic area. Hiking and picnicking are just a couple of the wonderful things you can do here. Pets are allowed and pit toilets are available.

Jericho Mountain State Park Group Use Area

Jericho Mountain State Park - Jericho Lake Road, Berlin, NH 03570, 603-466-3860
Known for its trail riding opportunities, this park has amazing views from a number of scenic outlooks. The park also has a wonderful sandy beach on Jericho Lake, where park guests can enjoy swimming, fishing, canoeing, or picnicking, with a small grassy area set back from the water.
Set back near the edge of Jericho Lake adjacent to the picnic area, beach, and playground, the 20'x40' pavilion enjoys a view of the lake surrounded by a backdrop of the Northern White Mountains

Pavilion Amenities: Limited installed lighting onsite, 2 electrical outlets for additional lighting or other uses, onsite parking, 6 picnic tables, grills, full modern bathroom facilities closeby.
A large group style grill is located at the pavilion site, and plenty of grassy areas surround the site to add more room for your activities. There is a short walk from the day use parking area to the pavilion, but arrangements can be made with park staff to bring a few vehicles directly to the pavilion behind locked gates if needed.
Camping is not permitted at the pavilion or its parking area.

The $100 non-refundable use fee is a deposit and the full amount due will be based on the number of guests who arrive on the day of your event according to required NH State Park per person Day Use Fees. The shelter pavilion has a capacity of 100 people. The balance of fees is due on the day of your event at the park office, based on the number of people less the value of the deposit fee. John Wingate Weeks Historic Site Group Use Area

Due to the big construction projects on the summit this season, the house museum is closed for the season and there are no special events or group use area events this year.
The auto road and tower will be open this season. We will have portable toilets available for the public.

The John Wingate Weeks Historic Site (at Weeks State Park) is a great location for a wedding with it's beautiful, sweeping views of Presidential Range, grassy lawn overlooking the mountains and old stone fire tower. The Estate is the former summer home of John Wingate Weeks, leading conservationist, U.S. congressman, U.S. senator, and Secretary of War under Presidents Harding and Coolidge. Set at the very top of Mt. Prospect in Lancaster, New Hampshire, the house and grounds provide a 360-degree panorama of mountain splendor. Visitors can climb the old stone fire tower for even better mountain views. The John Wingate Weeks House Museum is also open to the public and tours are offered during the operating season.

Lake Francis State Park Group Use Area

With camping on-site and plenty of fish in the lake, this is a great place for a weekend of fun. The park includes a small pavilion with a waterfront view and a lawn perfect for your small event or reception. Amenities include boat rentals, camping, fishing, flush toilets, picnicking, a playground, and showers. Pets are allowed.
