The Mount Sunapee Advisory Commission is established pursuant to RSA 12-A:29-a, to advise the Commissioner and meet with the lessee at the call of the Commissioner. Commission meetings are open to the public pursuant to RSA 91-A:2; however, such meetings do not constitute public hearings.

Hard copies of the Five-Year Master Development Plan and Environmental Management Plan 2020-2025 are available for public review at the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, 172 Pembroke Road, Concord, NH, as well as in the Towns of Newbury, Goshen, New London, Sunapee, Newport, Bradford, Sutton, and at the Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission.

Hard copies of the Five-Year Revised Master Development Plan 2016-2020 and Environmental Management Plan are available for public review at the Department of Resources and Economic Development, 172 Pembroke Road, Concord, NH, as well as in the Towns of Newbury, Goshen, New London, Sunapee, Newport, Bradford, Sutton, and at the Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission.  Hard copies of the Five-Year Master Development Plan 2009-2014 and Environmental Management Plan are available for public review at the Department of Resources and Economic Development, 172 Pembroke Road, Concord, NH, as well as in the Towns of Newbury, Goshen, New London, Sunapee, Newport, Bradford, Sutton, and at the Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission.   • Lease Amendment #A, 2018 – Change of Control
    • #A          Authorize the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources to amend the terms of the Lease and Operating Agreement of the ski area at Mount Sunapee State Park by adding Change of Control language effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2028. The original lease was approved by G&C on June 10, 1998, and an amendment to Lease and Operating Agreement was approved by G&C on April 6, 2016.

The Amendment shall be effective upon G&C approval. The original Lease was approved by G&C on June 10, 1998 and an Amendment to Lease and Operating Agreement was approved by G&C on April 6, 2016.

    • #C          Authorize the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources to amend the terms of the Lease and Operating Agreement of the ski area at Mount Sunapee State Park to establish the requirement that the Lessee shall meet with the Mount Sunapee Advisory Commission at the call of the  Commissioner and shall cooperate with the Commission. The Amendment shall be effective Upon G&C approval. The original Lease was approved by G&C on June 10, 1998 and an Amendment to Lease and Operating Agreement was approved by Governor and Executive Council on April 6, 2016.
