Public Hearing on NH Parks and Recreation Admin Rules Set for March 27

The Division of Parks and Recreation will hold a public hearing on administrative rules on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources office located at 172 Pembroke Road, Concord, NH.  The hearing schedule is:
 
9 a.m.    Ncr 750 Volunteer Program.
10 a.m. Ncr 840 Grant-in-Aid Program and
               Ncr 850 Trail Use rules.
11 a.m. Ncr 730 Parks and Recreation rules and
               Ncr 740 Reserved and Privileged Use of DNCR lands and facilities and
               Ncr 780 Administrative Rules Fines.

Written comments are due by April 4, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. via email or mail at: NH State Parks Rules, 172 Pembroke Rd, Concord, NH 03301.
