The State Park System Advisory Council was established pursuant to RSA 216-A:3-kk to advise the director of the Division of Parks and Recreation on issues relating to the operation and development of the state park system. Council meetings are open to the public pursuant to RSA to RSA 91-A:2; however, such meetings do not constitute public hearings. The Council consists of 15 members.
