The Hampton Beach Area Commission, enabled per RSA 216-J, was established to assist the town of Hampton and State of New Hampshire agencies and departments in the long-range planning for the Hampton Beach area through the implementation of the Hampton Beach Master Plan. Commission meetings are open to the public pursuant to RSA 91-A:2 II; however, such meetings do not constitute public hearings.
