Hampton Beach State Park Historic Interpretive Panels Installed

(Concord, NH) As part of the redevelopment project at Hampton Beach State Park, the Division of Parks and Recreation has installed interpretive panels chronicling the history of Hampton Beach. The panels, each unique, are located in kiosks along the boardwalk. More in-depth historical information and photos have also been added to the parks website and can be viewed at www.nhstateparks.org/hampton-beach-history.

The Hampton Beach Public Interpretive Display project was a required mitigation measure for adverse effects identified due to the Hampton Beach State Park Redevelopment Project. The project was completed by Grace Lyons, a 2013 graduate of the University of New Hampshire.
