Division Seeks Value-Added Guest Services at Hampton Beach Seashell Complex

(Concord, NH – April 12, 2013) The New Hampshire Division of Parks and Recreation has released a Request for Proposals to solicit written proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms and/or organizations to occupy the space available at the Seashell Complex located at Hampton Beach State Park and provide value-added products/services to state park visitors.

The objective of the proposal submitted by individuals/firms/organizations is to develop a plan for the integration and operation of value-added products/services for Hampton Beach State Park guests, leading to the occupancy of the property under a license for a period of time not to exceed (3) years which will support the public outdoor recreation use of Hampton Beach State Park and provide revenue to the State Parks System.  All options are open for consideration including proposals for business, education, conservation, or other types of services that are relevant to the seacoast area and the mission of the state park system, and complement the businesses surrounding the Park.
Request for Proposals are listed on the Division of Parks and Recreation’s website, under Partner & Community Resources. Questions in regards to the Request for Proposals can directed to Jude David, or calling 603-227-8715.
