Bear Brook State Park - Allenstown. Swimming is located at Catamount Pond and offers a sandy beach with a picnic area close by.
Clough State Park - Weare. Located on the shore of Everett Lake, a 150-acre lake formed by a dam on the Piscataquog River and offers a 900-foot, sandy beach with some shaded areas as well.
Echo Lake State Park - North Conway, located on pristine Echo Lake. Offers nearby picnicking and hiking.
Ellacoya State Park - Gilford, is located on the southwest shore of New Hampshire’s largest lake, beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. There is a 600-foot, sandy beach, an accessible bathhouse with showers, and a changing area for swimmers.
Forest Lake State Park - Whitefield. Established as one of the original state parks in 1935, Forest Lake State offers swimming with a 200 foot sandy beach lies on the shores of lovely Forest Lake. There is picnicking near the beach.
Franconia Notch State Park - Echo Lake Beach - Franconia. Visitors can enjoy the beauty of a 28-acre lake with an excellent view. Echo Lake offers a snack bar and canoe rentals.
Greenfield State Park - Greenfield. Located on the shores of Otter Lake, visitors have a large beach for swimming a bathhouse facilities and picnic grounds nearby.
Hampton Beach State Park - Hampton. Located on the Atlantic Ocean, there is a 2,800 foot wide sandy beach and has a park store and picnicking nearby.
Jenness State Beach - Rye, stretches for about ½ mile along the Atlantic Ocean. There is a small parking area, restroom and changing area. Parking is metered.
Kingston State Park - Kingston, provides fresh water swimming on the north shore of Great Pond. There two bathhouses with dressing rooms, playing fields and pleasant wooded picnic groves nearby.
Moose Brook State Park - Gorham, is in an area of unparalleled scenery . Moose Brook flows through the park, passes through a shallow warming pool, and feeds the swimming area with cool, clear mountain water. The many trails in the park are great for exploring on foot or mountain bike.
Mt. Sunapee State Park Beach - Newbury, beach is an ideal spot for family and group outings. Enjoy fishing, boating, swimming and picnicking on beautiful Lake Sunapee. There is a bathhouse with showers and a changing area as well as a park store.
North Beach - Hampton, extends for about a 1 ½ miles along the Atlantic Ocean. A sea wall separates the beach from the busy highway. Parking is metered.
North Hampton State Beach - North Hampton, features 1,000 feet of sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Restrooms and changing facilities are on site. Parking is metered.
Pawtuckaway State Park - ottingham, is located on beautiful Lake Pawtuckaway and offers a 900-foot long beach. There is a 25 acre wooded picnic area as well as a park store and bathhouse. Canoe and kayak rentals are available.
Silver Lake State Park - Hollis. spans 80, hilly, acres and its sandy 1,000-foot beach curves along 34-acre Silver Lake. Popular activities in the park include swimming, picnicking, and boating. Much of the park consists of tall shaded groves of pines with picnic sites scattered throughout the park.
Umbagog Lake State Park - Cambridge, is one of the more recently acquired parks in the state system. The park is located on dazzling Umbagog Lake and offers many activities from camping to boating, from swimming to wildlife viewing.
Wadleigh State Park - North Sutton, is located on beautiful Kezar Lake. The sandy beach slopes gradually into the water and tall pine trees shade the picnic sites adjacent to the beach making it an ideal location for families and group outings.
Wallis Sands State Beach - Rye, provides ocean bathing on a pristine 800-foot long sandy beach. There is a bathhouse with showers as well as a park store.
Wellington State Park - Bristol, is located on the shore of Newfound Lake. The 204-acre park boasts the largest freshwater swimming beach in the New Hampshire State Park system. Hiking trails and picnic areas along the shore afford views of one of the deepest and clearest lakes in the state.
Wentworth State Park - Wolfeboro, spans 50 acres and is located on the shore of scenic Wentworth Lake. The park offers swimming, picnicking, hiking and fishing and there is a boat launch available for use.
White Lake State Park - Tamworth, lies along the shore of White Lake, an example of a typical glacial lake. The beach area is wide and sandy and has a bathhouse, shelter, and park store.
