New Hampshire State Parks offer some of the best hunting and fishing in New Hampshire. Anglers and hunters alike find the varied terrain in N.H. State Parks a great resource. The lakes, ponds and riverside fishing in the parks offer a variety of wild and stocked warm- and cold-water species of fish, while the forestlands are managed to provide habitat for many game birds and wildlife. When fishing and/or hunting in state parks, a valid New Hamsphire fishing/hunting license is needed. These can be purchased at many locations throughout New Hampshire.
