White Lake State Park offers a great location for group picnics and outings. A shelter near the shore of White Lake has electricity, picnic tables and plenty of space to set up grills. To reserve the group shelter call the park directly at 603\323-7350. Organized youth group camping is welcome at the 204-site campground at White Lake. The campground offers a camp store, showers, ice, firewood, canoe rentals and waterview sites. Campers enjoy trout fishing, swimming, canoeing, and a two-mile walk around White Lake with a detour through the Pitch Pine National Natural Landmark. The Kancamagus National Scenic Byway, White Mountain National Forest hiking trails, and North Conway shopping outlets are within twenty minutes of the campground.
