Swimming, fishing, and hiking, as well as hiking at nearby Mount Monadnock, are favorite activities of campers at Greenfield State Park Campground. A separate 900-foot beach for campers only, canoe and kayak rentals, a camp store, a dump station, and showers are available.

The 257-site campground includes 200 sites available by reservation only; 5 for youth group reservations; and 52 sites for first-come/first-served campers. Although hook-ups are not available, RVs are welcome in sites where they fit.

Pre-season self-service/self-pay camping with limited services is available starting May 16, 2008, weather permitting. The campground is open for reservable stays from Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day weekend. Staffing is limited Sundays through Thursdays from September 2 through October 13, 2008.

Organized youth group camping is welcome in the park. Reservations are required.
