New Hampshire State Parks are the crown jewels of the state and are the perfect place to have a wedding, reunion, group outing, or any other sort of event. To make a reservation, please call the number listed.

Please Note: Anyone wanting to plan an event at a State Park should contact that park directly and organize with the park manager to ensure the date and space is available, as well as to discuss pricing.

Please Note: Pavilions & group use areas can not be reserved on holidays & holiday weekends for Ellacoya, Wellington, White Lake and Winslow State Parks.

Hampton Beach State Park Pavilion

Hampton Beach State Park - South Beach area  - Route 1A, Hampton, NH 03842; 603-227-8717

Located at the southeastern most tip of New Hampshire and renown for its beautiful sand dunes, sea grass and miles of sandy beach is Hampton Beach State Park. With views of Hampton Harbor and a picturesque rock jetty, this park is a famous retreat for family gatherings and business outings. A private pavilion is available for any special occasion up to 250 guests.

The Seashell Oceanfront Pavilion at Hampton Beach State Park is now taking reservations!
This breathtaking venue is set in the heart of Hampton Beach State Park surrounded by miles of pristine white sandy beaches with the most spectacular panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. The Seashell Oceanfront Pavilion offers an all-in-one setting for your special occasion! Exchange vows in the sand with the sound of waves breaking in the background, have a prelude cocktail reception on the wrap-around Oceanfront Terrace, then proceed up to the stylish Seashell Oceanfront Pavilion which offers all the amenities that you would expect from a first-class wedding facility. The Seashell Oceanfront Pavilion provides elegance and ease for an indoor reception of up to 100 guests.


Kingston State Park Group Use Area

The park is 44 acres in size, and includes fireplaces, picnic areas, a playground, softball field, and three game areas for horseshoes, volleyball and we now have canoe rentals. One bathhouses with dressing rooms and flush toilets are available. Alcohol is not permitted and is strictly enforced, violators will be asked to leave the park and will receive no refund. Reservations are accepted for business parties, wedding receptions, kids groups, family functions, and other general gatherings.

Odiorne Point State Park Group Use Area

Surrounded by beautiful stonewalls and overlooking the ocean, Odiorne Point provides a natural backdrop and intimate setting for your next special occasion. Odiorne Point State Park offers one of the most beautiful and diverse natural settings along New Hampshire's coastline with 135-acres of rocky shoreline, sandy beaches, salt marsh, freshwater and salt ponds, dense forest , military and historical sites all connected by an extensive trails system.

A 3,200 sq. ft. (40’x80’) multi-peaked event tent will be installed for the season and is available to customize for your function. The group-use area rental fee includes event tent, mast pennants, interior perimeter tent lighting and electrical power.

Rye Harbor State Park Pavilion and Group Use Area

Known as one of the most picturesque harbors in the Northeast, Ragged Neck at Rye Harbor State Park is a peninsula of rocky coastline filled with lush green grass. Surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean with a spectacular backdrop of the Isles of Shoals, Ragged Neck is earthly paradise! Rye Harbor State Park is the perfect setting for those seeking a unique, isolated location for gatherings of up to 200 people. A smaller pavilion is also available for groups of 40 people or less.

Wentworth-Coolidge Mansion Group Use Area

Wentworth-Coolidge Mansion State Historic Site - Off Route 1A, Portsmouth, NH 03801; 603-436-6607
This State Historic Site is a great location for a wedding with it's beautiful, sweeping view of Little Harbor and huge grassy lawn area overlooking Portsmouth.The Mansion is the former home of New Hampshire's first royal governor, Benning Wentworth, who served in office from 1741 to 1767. The rambling 40-room mansion which overlooks Little Harbor, is one of the most outstanding homes remaining of the colonial era. Amenities include boating, fishing, flush toilets and picnicking. Bear Brook State Park Pavilions

Bear Brook State Park- 157 Deerfield Road, Allenstown, NH 03275
This scenic park includes lots of trails, hiking, fishing, and boating. The two large pavilions have ample grassy areas, with Catamount Pond as a backdrop. Great for a wedding, corporate event, family reunion, or any get-together. Amenities include: biking, boat rentals, camping, fishing, flush toilets, hiking, horseback riding trails, picnicking, a playground, showers, and swimming. Pawtuckaway State Park Pavilion

This park boasts a large family beach on the lake with a bathhouse, group picnic area, playground, park store, and a group shelter with a ball field available by reservation only. A large pavilion with a ball field is available for group use.  Other activities in the park include biking, boating, camping, hiking, fishing, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing.

Pavilion - Capacity: 400; Base Fee: $500 (covers up to 100 people) every additional 25 people is another $125


Monadnock Valley Region

Monadnock State Park Group Use Area

Known for being one of the most climbed mountains in the world, this park offers a unique experience for any gathering.  The park has a pavilion that is perfect for small groups.  Amenities include camping, flush toilets, hiking, picnicking, and showers. There are no facilities on the mountain.

Lakes Region

Ellacoya State Park Pavilion

Ellacoya State Park - Route 11, Scenic Drive, Gilford, NH 03246;
Lake Winnipesaukee serves as a beautiful background for this park’s large field and pavilion. Great for corporate events, family reunions or any get together. Amenities include flush toilets, picnicking, showers, and swimming. To reserve call 293-7821 (May 9th – Columbus Day). Wellington State Park Group Use Areas

Newfound Lake is a great place to have a family or company party.  The beach area has clean water and plenty of picnic tables to accommodate the whole event.  A pavilion is the best way to keep everyone centralized to one area - good thing there are two here!  Amenities include boating, fishing, flush toilets, hiking, picnicking, and swimming. White Lake State Park Pavilion

Soft sand and a pavilion create a great landscape for any event.  Boat rentals and a packed store create a fantastic day experience, while the campground provides a great way to spend a weekend.  Amenities include boating, camping, fishing, flush toilets, hiking, picnicking, a playground, showers, and swimming.

Dartmouth / Lake Sunapee Region

Winslow State Park Group Use Area

Winslow State Park  - Kearsarge Mountain Rd, Wilmot, NH 03287;
Located on the side of Mt. Kearsarge with beautiful views of the White Mountains, the views from this mountain are fantastic.  There’s no better way to celebrate than among the clouds. This is a unique place for any kind of event.  Amenities include fishing, hiking, picnicking, and a playground. Pets are allowed. A quiet pond set away from anything else offers the perfect background for any kind of ceremony, picnic, or corporate event. There is plenty of room for tents, games, or tables and chairs in the large field that is next to the pond. Amenities include biking, camping, fishing, flush toilets, hiking, picnicking, showers, and swimming.

Beaver Brook Falls Group Use Area

A gorgeous waterfall sets the background for many photo opportunities and a beautiful setting for a small wedding or corporate event. A picnic area with a small covered pavilion adds a nice spot to get out of the rain or heat. Trails leading directly to the base of the waterfall begin at the picnic area. Hiking and picnicking are just a couple of the wonderful things you can do here. Pets are allowed and pit toilets are available.

Jericho Mountain State Park Group Use Area

Known for its trail riding opportunities, this park has amazing views from a number of scenic outlooks. The park also has a wonderful sandy beach on Jericho Lake, where park guests can enjoy swimming, fishing, canoeing, or picnicking, with a small grassy area set back from the water.

Lake Francis State Park Group Use Area

With camping on-site and plenty of fish in the lake, this is a great place for a weekend of fun. The park includes a small pavilion with a waterfront view and a lawn perfect for your small event or reception. Amenities include boat rentals, camping, fishing, flush toilets, picnicking, a playground, and showers. Pets are allowed.
