Silver Lake State Park spans 80 acres and its sandy 1,000-foot beach curves along 34-acre Silver Lake. Popular activities in the park include swimming, picnicking, and boating. Amenities include picnic tables and kayak rentals.

Operating Schedule
Silver Lake State Park is open weekends only beginning May 25, 2013. The park opens full-time for the season on June 15, 2013 and closes September 2, 2013. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to sunset, Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 am to sunset. *Operating dates and times are subject to change without notice. For up to date hours, please call the park directly.

9/2 | This park is always open for recreation. During off hours and the off-season the park is typically not staffed, comfort stations are not available and gates may be closed. The off-season poses unique risks inherent when participating in outdoor recreational activities. Please be aware that many State Park areas and trails are not staffed during the off-season, and day-use fees are not collected. Recreationists should possess the necessary knowledge, skill, and equipment to ensure their own safety. Users assume all risk while recreating in State Park lands.
FeesAdmission is $4 for adults; $2 for children ages 6-11; children ages 5 and under and NH residents age 65 and over are admitted free. Season passes are available. When park is unstaffed during the season, please use Iron Ranger (self-serve paystation).
