The Mount Sunapee Advisory Committee was established through the Department of Resources and Economic Development (DRED) Commissioner’s Office pursuant to RSA 21-G:11, to advise the Commissioner and meet with the lessee at the call of the Commissioner. Advisory Committee meetings are open to the public pursuant to RSA 91-A:2 II; however, such meetings do not constitute public hearings.
